Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any media you upload. We do not claim copyright over your content. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our transcription, translation, and playback services.

Liability Disclaimer

This service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, service interruptions, or inaccuracies in transcriptions or translations. Use at your own risk.

Data Retention

All uploaded media files, generated subtitles, and project metadata are automatically deleted 7 days after upload. An audit history (filename, file size, timestamp, and user ID) is retained for record-keeping purposes, but the actual media and subtitle files are permanently removed.

Right to Disable Content

We reserve the right to disable or remove any content that violates applicable laws, infringes on third-party rights, or abuses the platform. Administrators may disable projects without notice.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
